Jonathan Hill and Jayden Harris were with two juveniles when they began chasing the victim near England Run North Apartments around 12:50 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 23, the county sheriff's office said.

The victim said a group of people — whom she knew — chased her, broke the back window of her vehicle, and flashed a firearm after making a food delivery.

"Trying to avoid a confrontation, the victim attempted to meet up with nearby friends," the sheriff's office said. "In the process of that, the four suspects chased the victim down.

"The two juvenile suspects assaulted the victim as the two 18-year-old suspects encouraged them.

The victim’s friends arrived and began taking her of harm’s way, but not before Hill broke the victim’s rear window, brandished a firearm, and made threats, police said.

With the information and evidence in hand, it didn’t take Deputy N.J. Amato and Deputy S.A. Fulford long to find the suspects.

Hill was charged with destruction of property, brandishing a firearm, and three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Harris was charged with three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

He had been wanted out of Stafford County for another charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, police said.

Hill was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail on a $2,000 secured bond while Harris was held on a $1,000 secured bond. Criminal complaints for assault by mob are pending for both juvenile suspects.
